Personally we run this on every car with a dog box transmission, it is worth its weight in gold. The OEM unit will shear and you are left to search the entire trans for the small metal fragments before they cause further damage. Buy this once, forget about it every breaking again.

Installation is very simple and can be done with the transmission in the car. Simply remove the shift mechanism from the top of the transmission (one hex head interlock bolt and four 10mm bolts) , replace the factory piece which is retained with a single 12mm bolt, and re-install the shift mechanism. 
 
One year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Some hand finishing and batch variations in surface color and logo from product photo are normal.
